Following a Government consultation in 2024, the fees payable by data controllers to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) will be increased by 29.8%.

The new fees will be as follows:

1 (Micro organisations - maximum turnover of £632,000 or no more than 10 members of staff)

There is a £5 discount for direct debit payments and any organisations that are currently exempt from paying the fee will continue to be exempt.
