Today, HMRC’s new regulations for companies to provide additional information to support their Research & Development (R&D) tax relief claims come into effect. As of 8 August, you must complete and submit an additional information form to HMRC to support all your claims.

You need to file the additional information form before your Company’s Corporation Tax Return is filed.  If not, HMRC will remove your claim for R&D tax relief.
